Cambria Court began when architect and Worthington resident Sam Baker saw a small piece of land for sale just south of Route 161 on Linworth Road. Using his vision as an architect he knew it was the perfect place for a small, quaint development in Worthington, Ohio.

Now that construction has begun, Mr. Baker hopes to have vertical construction (that would be the houses) started in the Fall of 2004. The underground construction began and water is being brought to the site underneath Linworth Road.

Our goal is to, and will be, to make the perfect community development that is accessible to cars and people alike. Cambria Court strives to bring new housing to the Worthington market with reasonable prices.
